Three – You suck!

It is the 1st September 2016 and I’m in Germany, and guess what, I don’t feel at home!  So Three, when exactly can I expect to feel at home in Germany?  Thanks to you, I’ve got no signal and can’t communicate with anyone. No holiday spamming from me!

Availability.

You can enjoy Feel At Home whether you’re on Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go, using a tablet, phone, Mobile Wi-Fi or dongle. On all our Pay Monthly plans, except Three Essential plans, you’ll automatically use your monthly unit allowance and Add-on unit allowance to call and text the UK and use data, and if you’re on Pay As You Go you’ll need to convert your Pay As You Go credit into an Add-on to get a unit allowance to fully enjoy Feel At Home.

If you joined Three from 12 July 2016 on one of our new Essential plans, as these don’t include Feel At Home, the below information doesn’t apply to you. Any usage in these destinations will be charged at the roaming rates set out in our Essential plans price guide.

In September, we will be adding 24 new destinations for you to use your phone abroad at no extra cost and share your holiday pictures shamelessly. You’ll soon be able to use your phone in a total of 42 destinations across the world including Germany, Portugal, Greece and the USA. Below is a list of the 24 new destinations that will be automatically added for you to use Feel at Home in:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey), Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Isle of Man, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia.
